English term or phrase: Statement of Academic Record

This is a statement that is given by a UK university to the student who has not yet gained sufficient points to be eligible for an award or has not yet accepted an award. The document stresses that it is NOT a certificate.

Therefore it is not to be confused with an academic transcript (certificación académica).

However, it looks a bit like it: lists of course titles, codes, levels, credits... No signature though.

Any ideas on how to translate this for Spain?

En la UCO se llama así: Extracto de calificaciones. Podrías utilizar "Extracto académico", etc.

No obstante, he traducido muchas "certificaciones académicas" (llamadas así en español) que no necesariamente se refeiren a estudios completos..
