I'm translating a grade sheet issued in England. Its title is Lent Grade Sheet. I'm not sure if it's a provisional grade sheet. Could it be translated as Hoja de Calificaciones Provisional?

I rather think it refers to the term or trimester that runs from Jan to March. In some British schools this is known as the Lent Term, as it coincides roughly with Lent (cuaresma).
Is the school on the list in the ref?
