Para mí, la respuesta es porcentaje en peso = % en peso.
cuando es peso/peso, se refiere a la misma base por tanto se dice "en peso", el mismo caso v/v = en volumen.
La complicación en la notación comienza cuando se utilizan diferentes bases v/p, p/v, entonces la especificación debe determinarse con mayor precisión.
