Entiendo que se trata de algo escrito por el holandés de preguntas anteriores. No sé cómo se escribe en holandés, pero en alemán, una lengua muy parecida, existe el "beziehungsweise", que puede significar "y", "o" o, como en este caso, "y/o", porque no está claro si se refieren a uno o a los dos.

Lo que quiere decir es: "Dicho elemento [de posicionamiento] se corresponde preferentemente en diámetro con el diámetro interior y/o exterior del elemento elástico."

Pero, sin preguntar al cliente, no puedo aportar más.
