Estoy tradiuciendo unas hojas técnicas de lubricantes para motores de vehículos y tengo una oración confusa:

"Additional ball rust and MWM-B tests have been completed at the down treat recommendation of 4%wt of XXX in support of an API SF/CC claim. Based on the core treats established by these performance data, the remaining **API down treat categories to API SB/CB** are calculated based on previous cascade services and appropriate calculations of performance equivalence."

Como referencia, el cliente me indicó que:

- recommended treat rates = dosis de tratamiento recomendadas
- treat recommendation = dosis de tratamiento recomendada

No me queda claro lo de "down treat"
