The El-Fc, E4-Fc, El/E4-Fc appeared to be in the 220-240 kDa range when run under nonreducing conditions and in the range of about 120-130 when run under reducing conditions. The El/E4-Fc construct appeared to have molecular weight of about 120-130 under both nonreducing and reducing conditions.
