The Fill Finish autoclave performance was tested on a load configuration defined as Load 4.
Load 4 is a maximum load configuration comprised of stopper and miscellaneous filler parts
needed for a fill. The accumulated lethality (F0) for all three runs met the acceptance criterion of a lethality of >
12 minutes during the sterilization exposure period. The minimum accumulated lethality for
runs 1, 2 and 3 were 54 minutes, 59 minutes, and 60 minutes, respectively. The location of the
minimum accumulated lethality for run 1 was the **stopper hat**, and for runs 2 and 3 was the
**stopper hopper**.
