Script

Explanation:
Sin el contexto, es casi imposible saber....

Podría ser abreviatura para manuscrito, y el documento sería el guón en este caso. Pero realmente, es sólo una opción casi a ciegas.

Script or document.

Mid Shot

Explanation:
I could help more if you provided some extra information or a sample sentence, but if the script you're translating includes directions for the type of shots that will be used when shooting then this would very likely be Mid-Shot. It seems the spanish translation is PLANO MEDIO

A mid-shot is the typical framing used when a journalist introduces a news story. Close enough to see facial expressions clearly without being intrusive, with a little of the background included to indicate the subject's placement but with the emphasis filmly on the subject. Usually shot from about the waist up.

You can see some examples here...

...and a definition in spanish 'PLANO MEDIO'

Example sentence(s):
  • The MS is appropriate when the subject is speaking without too much emotion or intense concentration...As well as being a comfortable, emotionally neutral shot, the mid shot allows room for hand gestures and a bit of movement.
