The game is "Russia squares."
The following is the operating method:
1. Begin and Pause
Press “PLAY” key to change between begin and pause
2. How to play
Press “PRE”or“NEXT”key shortly to move the square right or left. Press the “VOL” key to regulate direction. Press “MENU” key shortly can make the square drop quickly. Press “PLAY” to pause.
3. Exit
Long press “MENU” key can exit from the game and return to the main interface.

Se debe tratar de un clónico del juego "Tetris" (de origen ruso)para jugar con el teléfono celular. Hay montones de copia de ese juego, solo que no pueden usar el título original para no pagar derechos de autor. Supongo que te puedes inventar lo que quieras, lo que he puesto aquí es solo una propuesta. Dejarlo en inglés tampoco quedaría mal (o qiizás mejor russian squares).

Explanation:
Si es un nombre propio, ergo el juego se llama así, en mi opinión no debería traducirse.
P.e: Ringo Star nunca debe traducirse como Ringo Estrella.
El Juego "Go" nunca se traducira a "anda", se usa tal cuál.
