The mobile FMT24S-Trainer is replacing the stationary FMT24S Control Cabinet in favour of a simplified handling in a test and training environment. With the Trainer potential users can previous to new installations be instructed and production programs can be
developped or modified while the production system is mounted. All functions of the control cabinet are available. Only the power supply capacity for the valve blocks is limited,
however it can be upgraded by external power supplies. For the operation the original components like Main Control Terminal, OperatorTerminal, Hotend Lightbarrier, Valve
Blocks etc. are connected. In case of already existing FMT24S Lines a network binding is not possible without problems.

Explanation:
Se están fabricando piezas de vidrio. Hay una cinta transportadora y el vidrio recién colado/moldeado entra por un extremo, pasa por un horno de enfriamiento (lehr) y sale por el otro, frío. En el extremo caliente se coloc, de un lado de la banda, un emisor/detector y del otro, un reflector. Como el producto de vidrio debe atravesar el haz lumínico, lo han denominado "barrera".
