Según el contexto, podría significar "antiguo número de serie de pieza" o "número de serie de pieza que ya no se fabrica"/"número de serie de pieza descatalogada", según se refiera al número anterior de una pieza que sigue produciéndose pero con otro número de serie (legacy number) o al número de una pieza que ya no se produce (legacy part). En el ejemplo que he citado, me parece que se trata de lo segundo, pero en principio lo primero es posible.

This is applied for those parts that are no longer manufactured (ie. memory cards, ICs, etc) But are still available in some markets.

Disregard this answer, I did not see the no after the *** the answer provided by Charles Davis is the correct one. ONLY if the no stands for Number. I worked in the computer industry and Davis provides a good translation.
