Me parece redundante traducir el "world"... Pero si quieres traducirlo, yo lo dejaría como "vida real", es decir, que las aplicaciones están listas para ser usadas no solamente en tus comunicaciones por Internet, sino también en eventos de la vida real como reuniones, etc.
