Son prestaciones del servicio de correo electrónico:

File Attachment – Indicates file attachment field.
File attached – Indicates an file is attached.
Audio file attached – Indicates a auido file is attached.
Voice file attached – Indicates a voice file is attached.
Calendar file attached – Indicates a calendar file is attached.
Contact file attached – Indicates a contact file is attached.

No es que tenga ninguna duda del significado del texto. La pregunta es:
¿En México se usa "adjunto" o "anexo"?
Y la otra cosa:
¿Cuál podría ser el sustantivo para "attachment" en la primera línea? Si no tuviese que diferenciarla de la segunda, pondría "Archivo adjunto" (o anexo) pero en ese caso ¿qué pondría en la segunda línea? ¿"archivo adjuntado?

Agradezco sus ideas y opiniones (especialmente de los mexicanos ya que es mi público objetivo).

Explanation:
En el primer caso, dado la definición que sigue, diría ADJUNTAR ARCHIVO, y sigue el campo correspondiente.

En el segundo caso, ARCHIVO ADJUNTO, como lo defines a continuación.

Sobre si adjunto o anexo en MX:
Googletrends da una apabulladora gráfica en favor de "Adjuntar Archivo" sobre "Anexar Archivo" en MX.
Lo mimso a favor de "Archivo Adjunto" sobre "Archivo Anexo" en Bottom line: adjuntar y adjunto en MX.

Esta es la metodología que utilizo cuando tengo dudas sobre el uso en una región.

Igual esperemos la opinión de los colegas mexicanos.

Asker: muchas gracias, Walter. También suelo usar ese sistema de comprobación, pero como me parecía haber escuchado que los mexicanos usaban más "anexo" y google parece desmentirlo, me pareció importante tratar de recabar opiniones de los traductores mexicanos (que lamentablemente no han opinado mucho).
