Hola busco traducción para este término que, en el mismo texto, me aparece también como "bulk comp", la primera vez que sale aparece relacionado con marketing, así que lo había interpretado como "compilación", el caso es que luego aparece relacionado con compensation, y yo lo interpretaba como indemnización. Aporto el contexto:
