I cannot seem to be able to find a (decent) translation for the above phrase - I am translating a passage on surveilance by law enforcing agencies on target subjects, from telephone contacts to internet access and other "private" activities.
The phrase is found in the following sentence:
Interception and processing of Circuit Switched Voice and IP traffic.
