Explanation:
Eso quiere decir y puede ser más conocido el giro.

"Industrial strength" con frecuencia se refiere a soluciones como son los solventes, etc., "concentración industrial".

Aquí se refiere a "alta resistencia" al parecer, otro término que también vale.
