Construct a viewing hood out of black cardboard and drape it over the monitor to minimize glare. This hood shoudl protrude at least 30cm over the top of the monitor.

Gracias Rene. Al final me decanto por visera protectora de pantalla, que es una mezcla entre la respuesta de Gerardo y la tuya. Es una pena que no pueda dar la mitad de los puntos a Gerardo.
No uso guarda porque en España no se utiliza...
