"Please install the game off of your CD and try again."

install off = uninstall ?

I guess that I'm doing this in the middle of the night does not help.

Hi, doesn´t really have much sense. It will be helpful if you put more text. What it seems too me is that it means to install the game USING the CD. Put a bit more text and I will confirm this to you.
