STATION OPERATOR will, at its cost, provide for the archiving in digital form and for retrieval services for all Data received by the Network Station. The media and formats for the Archive shall be as set forth in the Technical Appendix or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing. STATION OPERATOR may retrieve and use Data from the Archive upon payment of the Royalty as stipulated in the Financial Appendix.
