El término mainframe tradicionalmente no se traduce. El término se refiere a un computador de tamaño y potencia considerables que centraliza las funciones una instalación de cómputo. Si es indispensable poner el término en español se podría usar "COMPUTADORA CENTRAL", pero no lo recomiendo.
