Entiendo la idea pero no me convence la traducción "de muchos a muchos" que encuentro en la mayoría de los sitios especializados. ¿Alguna otra sugerencia? ¿Sería algo como "pluridireccional"?

Aporto algunas referencias que apuntan a que "many-to-many" y "multiserver/multiclient" son dos conceptos separados:
Main features include: fully distributed, multi-client, multi-server ..... uni- and bi-directional relationships, one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many. ... http://www.faqs.org/faqs/object-faq/part6/
¿Y cómo harías para indicar que no solo "va" a muchos sino que también "procede" de muchos? Creo que por eso las páginas especializadas hablan de "de muchos a muchos".

Quizás podría utilizarse también 'comunicación bidireccional entre múltiples emisores y receptores', dado que emisores y receptores son los que intervienen directamente en la comunicación.
