Hola,

Lo que se está solicitando es que el usuario establezca una conexión de tipo Telnet o una sesión Telnet al ruteador para poder continuar con su configuración.

Para establecer dicha conexión en Windows 2000 por ejemplo se va al DOS y se digita Telnet y el nombre del ruteador.
