Liner free 17:41 May 19, 2009
A liner free label is a label that has no separating material between the label and the glue on the back side. Most labels require that the label have a special coating on the back to prevent the glue from bleeding through to the front of the label and spoiling the printing on it. If you were to remove the glue from an average label you will find that the back of the label itself has a very smooth surface, this is a special coating to keep the label from being impregnated with glue. |
