No me parece que haya ninguna traducción más literal que las que propongo. En inglés, se suele poner, como complemento, el verbo que indica la acción que se ejecuta pero en español suele quedar mal (de arrastre, de manejo...)

agree  xxxMarcelo Harf: para este caso en particular creo que MANIJA es mas apropiado que ASA, esta ultima es mas usada dentro del ambiente de la cocina y almientos.
