I'm with Rocío and meirs. But even with the grammar corrected, it still doesn't make sense. Probably a double whammy - bad translation into bad English. I can't even guess at the meaning. But then, I'm not an IT person. Hope you have access to the author. And I can't even begin to tell you the amount of software I've seen with all sorts of bits and pieces of the UI simply left untranslated - even some of Microsoft's stuff! But I guess it'd be unprofessional for the likes of us to resort to that. Oh well. Suerte.

but based on the list of commands, it sounds like the user has to click the view botton or enable the view capability and the file will open . Just an idea...

Consejo de conejo... tendrías que averiguar en que idioma estaba el texto original, me ha ocurrido esto en varias oportunidades, a veces con traducciones del sueco y del alemán, y tuve que pedir el texto fuente en esos idiomas, y a pesar de no conocer esos idiomas muchas veces con traductores automáticos encontré mayor sentido a las frases.... y hasta terminé editando el texto en inglés...

Suerte con tu proyecto, me imagino que es uno de esos en los cuales tienes ganas de gritar
