Normalmente "cifrado" es el término que se utiliza en informática para "encrypted". Es el que suelen solicitar los clientes y el que aparece en los glosarios de Microsoft. Y para "review" yo optaría por revisión.

Aunque efectivamente se utiliza "encriptado de datos" en informática, aquíe se refiere a la codificación y clasificación de productos para la exportación.
"Tratándose de mercancías provenientes directamente de Japón que se clasifiquen en las fracciones arancelarias descritas en el artículo 1, apartado B, del Acuerdo que establece la **clasificación y codificación** de mercancías y productos cuya importación, exportación, internación o salida está sujeta a regulación sanitaria por parte de la Secretaría de Salud"
