"XXX shall produce one copy of each product licensed to licensee in machine-readable form and shall transfer such copy to licensee, along with a copy of XXXX's current documentation. What would be the proper rendering of the heading in Spanish?

Así me han pedido que lo traduzca, pero yo insisto en que deberíamos decir simplemente "materiales del programa".
En fin... creo que lo mejor será preguntar la opinión de tu cliente, aunque en Chile se suelen guiar por lo que leen en las revistas que vienen traducidas desde México o España.
