| English term or phrase: agrees in writing by change order | It's within the Terms and Conditions of Purchase of a Purchase Order. The complete senteces reads as follows: "Care, custody, and control of such goods remain with the Seller until such time as Buyer takes physical possession or otherwise agrees in writing by change order to this Purchase Order." My guess is that there is a preposition mistake here, but I can't make up my mind. I've tried "...el comprador tome posesión física de estos (los materiales) o acuerde hacer una orden de cambio de esta orden de compra".
What do you think?
Thanks in advance! |
