| English term or phrase: actual or asserted | This appears within the terms and conditions of purchase form. It is in the "indemnity" section and the sentences reads as follows: "Seller agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Buyer and Owner, the affiliated companies of each, and their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, from and against all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss or expense arising from or relating to any actual or asserted:". Afterwards there is a detailed list of possible instances of indemnity. I guess it means "lo siguiente".
What is your opinion?
Thanks in advance. |
