English to Spanish translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Construction / Civil Engineering | | English term or phrase: by the fact of, amount, or type | It appears in a form of terms and conditions of purchase within the Indemnity sections. Paragraph: 8.5 With respect to claims by employees of Seller or its suppliers, the indemnity obligations under this Purchase Order shall not be limited by the fact of, amount, or type of benefits or compensation payable by or for Seller, its suppliers or sub suppliers under any workers' compensation, disability benefits, or other employee benefits acts or regulations, and Seller waives any limitations of liability arising from workers' compensation or such other acts or regulations.
I've found this series of words in many documents of the sort. The confusing part here would be "the fact". Does anybody know the right translation? |
