Law/Patents - Construction / Civil Engineering | | English term or phrase: disposition of work | It appears in a Form of Terms and Conditions of Purchase within the Termination for Convenience section. The paragraph goes like this: 15. Termination payment to Seller or refund to Buyer, if any, shall be promptly and mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, based on that portion of the work satisfactorily performed to the date of cancellation, including reimbursement for actual costs, reasonable overhead and profit on such work, plus reasonable and necessary expenses resulting from the termination, disposition of work and material on hand (...).
Could it be "trabajo disponible", "mano de obra disponible" or the like? I've also found "creatividad" but it definitely does not apply here.
