I´m translating a newsletter for an American engineering firm (english - spanish) in Cali, Colombia which will be emailed to all their clients in Latin America, but I can't find the correct translation for the term. Here's the context it's used in:
"This failure precipitated a move by the XXXXXXX to find and implement the best available inspection and rehabilitation technologies to address potentially damaging deficiencies in the large diameter buried pipe of its water and wastewater system. During this process, a 72-inch PCCP force main failed in a similar fashion."
