English to Spanish translations [PRO]
Marketing - Construction / Civil Engineering / How can I translate this phrase into spanish

English term or phrase: Design + Planning

I know it is "diseño + planificación", but the symbol + is maintained or should i chage it for "y". I think it is not used in spanish, can I change the + symbol to look more natural to spanish?
