Last night I was in a hurry and I forgot to tell you that where it says "has builds drawings" I imagine it is "as-built drawings". Thanks for your help!

What a pity. It does not make your life any easier. Appears to be a real shot in the dark as one cannot be certain what it really meant. But I wonder, if "foot princes" could be "footprints", i.e. a "building footprint"?

You're right, of course, Taña, but before starting I was told that the French file was not available... that would have made the whole thing much easier.
All I can imagine is "etapas" or "obras preliminares", but I can't think of anything in French to support that theory.

Would you have access to the original (French) file: "Design of execution, foot princes, has builds drawings" (foot princes? has builds drawings?) makes very little sense, IMO. A poor translation! Un abrazo.
