Spanish translation:etiquetas con la fecha de caducidad
Explanation:
This would seem to be an option.

--------------------------------------------------

The whole sentence would be: Coloque etiquetas con la fecha de caducidad. OR ...indicando la fecha de caducidad.

Piggybacking just a bit on Mariana's suggestion, I would ammend to: etiquetas autoadhesivas con la fecha de caducidad. But I would point out that the idea of "discard" here is to note the expiration date of the food that is being labeled, not of the label itself.

So, the full sentence would be: Coloque etiquetas autoadhesivas con la fecha de caducidad en las cajas, bolsas.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Cristina. I agree with Ruth. In my question "discard" is used as an adjective". In fact I already saw on the web the example you sent me. Thank you very much anyway. Regards. Silvia G.

agree  TranslateThis: most likely; similar to "trash" labels used so that the custodians know what to throw out. Your example, however, doesn't make sense to me and doesn't seem to have much to do with this question.

disagree  Refugio: Your example uses "discard" as a verb, not as an adjective as in the question asked.
