1-pint small curd cream-style cottage cheese...Si "cremoso" bastara para indicar el tamaño de la cuajada, la receta original no mencionaría el detalle. Creo que "cream-style" resalta el hecho de que se le agrega crema a la materia prima.

Al final mi solución se basó en todas sus respuestas, así que muchísimas gracias a todos. Sí vi que "cream-style" es con crema, y encontré que "small curd" viene a ser de textura más firme que "large curd"
