Ahora veo que preguntas que es a la parrilla. Has visto como cocinan el pollo en las cadenas de Kentucky Fried Chiken? Muchos pollos cada uno en una barra separados uno sobre otro dando vueltas en un "horno" electrico. Eso es la moda A la Parrilla. Asado es hecho en el horno convencional (de la estufa) Suerte!:)

asado o dorado


Explanation:
Hay tres métodos diferentes de preparar la carne de acuerdo a la frase de aclaración.
Grill - Asada en una asadera o "barbeque".
Roast - Cocción on calor seco, usualmente el horno. Yo usaría horneada.
Broil - En el horno, cuando existen quemadores en la parte superior, es posible "dorar" la carne o el pescado. Los quemadores superiores son los 'broilers".
grill vs. broil sería asada vs. dorada
vs. contracción de la preposición versus que se traduce como contra. Implica una elección de método de cocción.
