Según mi traducción "oystermeat" es el medallón de carne que se encuentra en el espinazo del pollo, justo debajo de los muslos. en francés, según Wikipedia, se llama "sot-l'y-laisse", y en alemán, "Pfaffenschnittchen". Necesito la traducción en español, por favor.
