Not much context, I�m afraid.

"***Butter wheel*** (bread only)."

From what I�ve found, this is a machine for applying butter. My brain is quite down at this time of day and I need a "third party" (or "second party" as it may be) to assure me "Rueda para enmantecar" or "Enmantecadora de rueda", or even other alternative are valid translations.

Many thanks in advance. It is funny, I tend to write in English (not my mother tongue, which is Spanish), when my batteries are down.

Encontré una página donde venden este aparato.
La verdad es que lo desconozco totalmente y por ahora no puedo sugerirte un nombre convincente, podría ser cilindro para enmantequillar -porque butter es mantequilla, y lard es manteca, aunque entiendo que en otros países las usen como sinónimos- pero la verdad es muy aventurado.
Espero que por lo menos te ayude ver la imagen y de ahí puedas llegar a algo más concreto.
Mucha suerte, a estas horas de la madrugada.
