I am translating a cake recipe and the word "confectioners' sugar" showed up and I'm not sure how to translate that, the country that i am aiming to translate it to is Mexico. If someone would kindly help me translate this i would appreciate it.

DULCES DE AZÚCAR GLASS

(Rendimiento: 25 piezas)

Tiempo de preparación: 30 minutos

Ingredientes:

2 tazas de azúcar glass (puede moler azúcar en la licuadora hasta que quede completamente pulverizada)
1 cuchara cafetera de esencia o saborizante al gusto*
4 cucharadas soperas de agua hervida y/o clorada
Colorante en polvo o líquido al gusto*
½ cucharada cafetera de ácido cítrico en polvo*

* Se consiguen en tiendas de materias primas o en farmacias grandes
