proceso de esterilizacion de alimentos


Explanation:
NO tiene nada que ver con un bano maria. Un bano maria en ingles es "double boiler" que si es para calentar alimentos como el chocolate. Opto por "esterilizacion" debido a las altas temperaturas necesarias para prevenir una intoxicacion!
