Aparte de las traducciones que ya te di en la sección de Referencias, "12 melt" se refiere a la densidad graduada del índice del flujo de fusión ("Measurement of the melt flow index"), y es un adhesivo para ese tipo de polipropilenos, o espumas para aislamiento, o cintas autoadhesivas.

No sé cómo componer todo el término, pero cada uno de los elementos significan lo siguiente:
Nuc = Nuclear (por protección frente a la radiación)
AntiSt = Antiestático (por polipropileno antiestatico)
FDA = (aprobado por la) Dirección de Alimentos y Medicamentos (de los EE.UU.)
PP = Polipropileno (por polipropileno antiestático)

Todo eso significan.
