Hola a todos:

estoy traduciendo un pequeño informe interno de una compañía sobre un concurso entre los empleados y no acabo de entender el sentido de "best practice competion" en la siguiente frase:

"XXX employees from around the world are being invited to vote for the company’s best Community Program projects following the selection of the finalists in the best practice competition, with everyone who votes being eligible for a free T-shirt."

"Los empleados de XXX de todo el mundo están invitados a votar los mejores proyectos de la compañía en el concurso “Community Program” siguiendo la selección de finalistas. Todo el que vote podrá optar a una camiseta gratis. "
