I found the topic coverage relevant and interesting. Perhaps one aspect that was talked about but not in great detail was about the emergence of local market participants in each market, specifically pension funds. With the large on the ground network that Santander has it would be great to see who you guys see as the large players in each of the local markets and what their structures and limitations are.

Se puede decir "sobre el terreno", pero no creo que sea absolutamente necesario. Incluso creo que podrías cambiar "network" por "presencia" sin afectar demasiado el sentido.
