English to Spanish translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Economics / Housing/Construction | | English term or phrase: bouncing around a bottom | Hi! I cannot get the meaning of the phrase.
Here's some context:
Housing/Construction: Sales and residential construction appear to be “bouncing around a bottom.” Mortgage rates are at record lows, but a full recovery in housing will require much better job growth.
Thank you in advance! |
