Bus/Financial - Economics | | English term or phrase: Recurring Private FOreign Currency Exchange Agreement | I need to translate a Recurring Private FOreign Currency Exchange Agreement to Spanish. To me,the title sounds like "Acuerdo de Cambio de Divisas ..." but the recurring private part is what I don't seem to fit in there. Could somebody help me! Thanks!
My other question is regarding a Escrow Agreement. How do you understand this: " The Escrow Agent assumes no liability except that of a stakeholder". I translated it as: El Agente de Plica no asume responsabilidad alguna excepto aquella de una parte interesada. It´s the first time I do a translation regarding business and financial matters. Is it correct? Thanks! |
