This is a letter for a Fundraiser and says: If you would like to participate in the event, please fill out the enclosed reply form. Please note that the reply form is due on may 12, 2005 in order to meet the print deadlines for the t-shirt and event signage.

Hola blucero,
Lo entiendo como la realización de los letreros para el evento.
Por ejemplo si es un gran carnaval o algo por el estilo, a veces hacen letreros para los diferentes puestos.
Muy en términos generales "signage" se puede traducir como "señalización".

Sobre todo lo interpreto así, pues están pidiendo la cooperación del público para que manden sus formularios de participación en el evento de recaudación de fondos en una cierta fecha con el fin de cumplir con el plazo límite de la imprenta que les estampará las camisetas y los letreros.
