Claro que si se refiere a los maestros, como bien dice María, pues \"maestros principales\" o si se refiere a los útiles y materiales escolares, como bien dice Rafael, pues \"materiales básicos\".
A mí lo que saltó a la vista, yo creo que por las mayúsculas, fue \"EITHER 7th GRADE CORE\" en ese caso reitero que sería el nivel de grado base o básico, general o central del estudiante.
