English term or phrase: resource people
This (type of learning) demands a listening attitude on the part of teachers and resource people.

recursos/personas de recurso
Explanation:
I'm not entirely comfortable with "recursos" alone, but I hear it all the time: "Viene un recurso para hablarnos sobre la disciplina en el salón." "¿Ya llegó el recurso?"

It can´t be "recursos humanos" because that´s the personnel department.

What I hear most often is "recursos." In fact, that´s the only thing I hear in this context. I made up "personas de recurso"; what do you all think?

asesores, tutores

Explanation:

1) This ( ) demands
-- a listening attitude on the part of teachers
and
-- resource people (= y personas con recursos/ iniciativa / imaginación...)

2) This ( ) demands a listening attitude on the part of
-- teachers
and
