disagree  Orestes Robledo: Según el Oxford, playera sólo se usa en México. Soy cubano y nunca lo había escuchado como sustantivo. A menos que la traducción sea para México, se debe usar un término más común como pulóver.

disagree  xxx------: Según el DRAE una blusa es: 1. f. Prenda abierta de tela fina, similar a la camisa, que usan las mujeres y los niños, y que cubre la parte superior del cuerpo. A menos que la traducción sea para Latinoamerica, se debe usar otro termino y jamás pulóver.
